Included in the room rate
We have free wi-fi and pay for the best service in town. On the main floor you will find a shared kitchen, dining, and office space. Feel free to use these areas including the fridge/freezer. The home does not have a traditional stove/oven but it is well stocked with everything else you should need for simple meal preparation. There is usually coffee, creamer, sugar, oatmeal, popcorn, and granola bars. Help yourself!
NOTE: besides the items listed above, breakfast is not provided. Also laundry services are not on site but a laundromat is just around the corner.

This large private space has a queen bed and full private bathroom (no tub). A large desk, TV, chairs, and wardrobe allows guests to make themselves at home. The room also has a kitchenette with fridge, sink, counter, microwave, and keurig machine.
Booking Policies
CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT HOURS
We offer self check-in (after 3pm) and self check-out (prior to noon). The door code will be sent to you prior to your stay, along with other information about the house and room.
You have as much privacy or interaction as you wish. Although we love meeting new people, sometimes guests come and go with little or no interaction at all.
HOUSE RULES
-Quiet hours 10pm-9am
-Label your food and take any unused food with you.
-No parties or events.
-Clean up after yourself in the shower, kitchen, and other common areas.
-NO smoking or drugs anywhere on the property
-The home is not suitable for small children
-NO pets
-For single room bookings, there is a 2 guest maximum. Additional guests are not allowed without express written permission. All guests must be specified prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in reservation termination or an additional unregistered guest fee of $25. Whole house bookings follow the same policy with a 16 guest maximum.
